There is TWO kinds of democracy, __The REPRESENTATIVE (tricked or Fake, American style) where only the lobbeyists, oligarchs can be elected with millions.__And The PARTICIPATIVE, with citizens committees (regional and/or municipal) participating in all important government decisions, even military, by vote or referendum, with local public banks, making interest-free loans for social construction needs like schools, roads, water systems, hospitals etc...
